Chef Tekuna Gachechiladze is a prominent Georgian culinary expert celebrated for her innovative take on traditional Georgian cuisine. Based in Tbilisi, she skilfully blends age-old recipes with modern techniques, showcasing the rich flavours of her homeland. Her acclaimed, Littera, has become a culinary destination, attracting food enthusiasts eager to explore Georgia’s vibrant gastronomy. Beyond the kitchen, she promotes Georgian culture through workshops and events locally and internationally, inspiring a new generation of chefs to appreciate and elevate the nation’s culinary heritage.
For one night only in each restaurant, Tekuna will join Chef Hansen Chen of Charcoal in Shanghai, Chef Bjorn Shen of Artichoke and Chef Sunny Leong of Wine RVLT in Singapore for the ultimate four-hands fusion feasts.

Charcoal uses bold and innovative methods and modern cooking techniques to present pure and exquisite charcoal-grilled dishes, and explores the exquisite experience in the fusion of spatial aesthetics and brutalism. Artichoke is a very Singaporean Middle Eastern restaurant helmed by chef-owner Bjorn Shen, now housed within New Bahru - a new creative cluster for Singapore. RVLT is a revolution of great and fun vinous experiences, a progressive gastro wine bar known for its downright delicious food and juicy, smashable wines.
Blending both restaurants' modern and disruptive cuisines with Tekuna’s revolutionary progressive Georgian cuisine, the one-night-only events will offer a selection of local chefs' and Tekuna’s dishes paired with a curated selection of Georgian wines for a delectable dining experience.
The event in Shanghai will be co-hosted by Master of Wine, Cassidy Dart, while Master of Wine, Debra Meiburg will be flying in from Hong Kong joining both evenings to offer wine pairing tips to guests.
